BLAGGERS I*T*A - The Way We Operate (7" Vinyl-Rip)


Here’s another offering from staunch Anti-Nazi’s The Blaggers. The Clash meet The Ruts with a bit of Public Enemy thrown into the mix. The Way We Operate which was released in 1992 addresses the Police beating of Rodney King, and the LA riots that followed. A Melody Maker review said of the record: "Energy, anger, organisation AND tunes. What more do you f***in' want? Get out there and RIOT!"     Yes indeed John on both counts. Here's a bit of trivia, Matty worked for my local council for a few weeks as a 'street clenser' in his younger days.
