Blair and his blood(y) money.
So Tony Blair’s gonna donate the advance and profits of his forthcoming book A Journey to an Armed Forces charity. If I was head of the charity I’d tell him where to go with his blood money!
100 people dead and injured after a suicide bomb attack on an army recruitment centre in Baghdad today. No book royalties to help them or their families. No hundreds lining the streets of Wootton Bassett in solemn mourning for them…
Hmmm... Look, I take on board what all have said so far, but... The Royal British Legion are the charity getting the dough and they are the only ones who look after injured servicemen and women and they never have enough money to do all they need to do, so while I'm totally in agreement with everything that's been said about our warmongering bastard of an ex-P.M. wouldn't it be better to get behind a movement to try B'liar for war crimes instead, cos those guys do actually need that money ? Just a thought (and it could still be done...) If somebody shot B'liar, wouldn't that be classed as 'friendly fire' ?)
What you have to say is always read, I may not always respond, as I've often said all I wanna say so I leave the rest up to you good folk to have your say, cos it aint just about me! Thanks to all of you who've taken time out to post replies/responses/information/links etc. KEEP ON KEEPING ON AND STAY FREE!
Maybe he feels like he owes them one?
