TWENTY FLIGHT ROCKERS - Radio Session.

I have no idea / can't remember when / where, or who this was recorded for. I forget I even still had a copy until I stumbled across another old shoe box in my loft, with a few tapes in. Result, er! yes, until I listened to it, and found the recording's a bit ropey, but hey, no matter, it seemed a shame to waste it and leave it in the loft for another load of years. So here it is for you to enjoy the best you can.

Great post Nuzz!

I taped this one myself, but the tapes long gone sadly. Fantastic to hear it again. They did another live session as well which I also had. The band were interviewed between songs and they played Punishment And Crime and One Man Town/I Love To Rock n Roll.

Carol Clerk’s review seems to concentrate more on slaging off Dingwalls rather than reporting on the actual gig, which is a shame. I went to that one as I expect you did as well. Small world eh? Shit…they were so good live. The Marquee gig was brilliant. I remember when they played the
Ad Lib club, Gary looked decidedly nervous as there were some heavy looking Hell’s Angels who used to drink there giving the band the ‘Evils’ during the gig. I think they took exception to the TFR's biker image. Happy days!

WE ARE THE ROCKERS!!!!!!

Brilliant to have this cheers nuzz. got a request any chance you would be so kind as to upload the image of the Marquee flyer without the review over the top I want to use it as cover art would apreciate it if possible cheers.

I remember those Hells Angels, they were often propping up the bar at the Ad Lib when I went there. I'm hungry for more TFR's, I remember passing by another live tape of theirs at Camden, I went for the sound desk one instead.

Many thanks for this Nuzz - an excellent band - sorely missed. Just trying to compile all of their recordings and this download was invaluable as I missed it on the radio...
