Seasonal Affected Disorder.
Get up, in the dark! Go to work, in the dark! Finish work, go home, in the dark! Get in, turn on the lights, dim energy saving light bulbs. It’s enough to make anyone sad, but surely not that sad to pay £35 on some light box that may or may not improve your energy levels, it’ll probably improve your electric bill by a few quid and that’s all. I realise I may be making light (pun 100% intended) of what to some is seen as a serious condition., but hey lighten up and don't be so sad.

I know someone with S.A.D. and it really gets to her. I must admit I love the sun and but I quite like this time of year weather wise. Down here yesterday Plymouth vs Barnsley was abandoned because of the pissing rain and horrific winds. I heard it all in the comfort of my gassed fired full home, curtains drawed, holed in....hangoved. I didn't need an excuse not to go and get shopping in my nearly-about-to puke state....I was saved by the weather! God bless the rain.
I work nights. I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark all year round.
Welcome to my world.
I work nights too. Vitamin D 1000mg supplements w/ D3 have helped with the sun exposure I lack. We need at least 20 minutes of sun exposure per day.
