Of course, pull down old ones, build new ones, hike the price of the rent, then sell them off to some rip off housing trust who will raise the price of the rent again. I know by experience !!
cheers wiff, yeah I work for a 'social housing provider' and some of their work practises are a bit...but I don't want to go into details, cos their the sort of company that'll give me my P45 for airing my opinion. But if I leave, then the world is my oyster.
