Is the society we have become? were people are 'rioting' and trampling over one another to get their grubby little mits on some bargains at the opening of a new flagship(or should that be slagshit) clothing store on Oxford Street. Well that's CONsumerism for ya, these brainwashed fools thought everything was gonna be a £1 thanx to hoax publicity. Greedy fuckers hope you got what you deserved and not what you wanted; a fucking boot in the head.

Thank you Sushil, for adding some intellectual/philosophical meat to the bones of my rantings. Marx spoke of 'mans'consciousness changing with the conditions of 'his' material existence, and it does seem like we have entered a different age/epoch dominated by new technologies. The only difference seems to be that there is no mass struggle against this so called progress. Like you said it's down to spreading the word, which I will carry on doing using the tools that the bourgeois and their new society have equipped me with. Power to the PC! but lets hope the networks don't go down.
Sometimes I work in Warrington and on my way there, someone has graffiti'd a bridge with the immortal line 'consume less, love more'. That puts a smile on my face.
